Message Notes
Opening:
I am four years old and my brother has just arrived home from the hospital. My friend Sarah is visiting. She quickly realizes that this little brother’s arrival is not a happy occasion. I pick him up from his bassinet and I start walking around holding him by his toes (or so my mom says). In that moment, Gravity was in effect and gravity is impersonal. Gravity did not care if it was kind or unkind. In fact Gravity did not care the impact or outcome to my brother. Gravity is a universal principle that is available to all human beings…it does not discriminate and it does not have preference. This morning I toasted Ezekial bread. Ezekial bread is sprouted, organic, kosher and slow baked. Electricity did not care about any of that.
Objectives:
– Commit to sourcing my security, control and approval (no thing outside of me)
– Commit to experiencing that I have enough of everything – time, money, love, energy, space, resources etc. (enough is enough)
– Interrupt the mental terrain that maintains the status quo of your existence (cognitive emotive loop)
