What occurs so easily, especially with the untrained or undisciplined mind, is that we orient our existence around our humanity rather than with our spiritual, universal selves. If the place is “non-religious” then “faith” would b an unacceptable thing to talk about, as well as a word which should only be used in the center with it’s actual, legitimate meaning rather then being used incorrectly, as here, to instead mean “religion”, “god”, or something similar.
Hi Raven, while I do not identify as a religious person I do identify as a woman with a strong sense of faith. A person of faith is not required to subscribe to a particular religious construct. We are a community that honors all paths. Many blessings to you!
