What outer expression do you desire to shift? Either in you or the world around you – then you must get in back of the thing itself and work at the level of Cause.

Is there some wrong line of conduct that you are still pursuing? Is there somebody whom you have not yet forgiven? Are you indulging in any kind of political or racial or religious sectarian hatred or contempt? This is sure to be disguising itself under a cloak of self-righteousness, if it is there. The place within where we consciously meet God

The ego is fictitious – swirling thoughts that believe I am separate from God.

Summary:
Your personal practice is the most important act of resistance you can engage in right now. To feast on the affirmative nature of Life, to sit in the stillness, to pause and invite the flury of the world to stop and be present with your breath. There is nothing better you can do for your immune system, your blood pressure, your disposition, your relationships. To enter the Secret Place of your consciousness and partner up into the High Altar is the greatest gift you can give yourself, your children, your partner, your coworkers, your family, your neighbors. Dwell in the Secret Place of the Most High and remember what is the TRUTH of your life.
